Offered a free car wash after the work was done on the vehicle and the waiting lounge area was very clean and there was coffee and other beverages to enjoy while I waited all my car was being serviced. I found the staff to be very friendly.
They had the vehicle I wanted and they worked with me to come to a reasonable agreement on the price and options. It took an extra few days for delivery, but that was because they took the time to make sure my vehicle was safe, clean, and didn't have recalls or other issues. I respect their diligence, their communication, and there friendly service. My sales rep was Jake, he was great and went above and beyond sending me videos of the vehicle before I was able to see it and he even set up a small display of Honda Toys, hats, and swag for my family upon delivery to me home. If you are Jake's boss reading this, please give him an extra paid day off sometime so he can take his family camping. If it weren't for his excellent service, I would have never purchased the vehicle. I live over 2 hours away, I had other options, but he sealed the deal!
