I did a lot of research before deciding on Toyota as a brand. When I looked into hybrids, I was pleased with the experience Toyota showed in developing them. I decided on that dealership because of the ease of getting to it and the calm streets around it for an easy test drive. I called in advance for an appointment and was given Allan's name. He was punctual for the appointment. He was able to answer all our questions. He showed us multiple models. I was interested in the RAV4 but wanted to understand various different models that might meet my needs. He was able to arrange for a test drive that day. He walked us through the options and various features we could get in a new car and explain that it would take 3 to 4 months for delivery. We ordered the new car that day. He kept in touch with us over the period of the 3 to 4 months and was able to meet the commitment of the 3 months which exceeded my expectations. Upon finding out that the car was available, we came in that day, and organized the paperwork. There were multiple handoffs to the finance team and the delivery team. Everybody we met was professional and had expertise in what they were doing for us. On the day of delivery, we were delighted with the bow on the car, the tutorial and the little Toyota-branded gifts. Everybody we had met during the process greeted us, making us feel welcomed and valued.
