Fantastic experience! I previously took my CX-5 for service to the dealership I bought it from in Oakville and wasn't happy with their customer service. But this was a much better experience at Mazda of Hamilton. They did an oil change and an overall check-up on my vehicle all in an hour and went the extra mile to look at a damaged plastic cover to let me know if it needed replacing. I'll definitely be going back for the rest of my service appointments there.
