Excellent customer experience.

I just went for an oil change and have a leaking tire inspected, but overall, the experience was good. I have been to other Honda dealership that may treat their customers like VIP, but are strong on the upsale. This one was not. It was simple and straighforwarded, but no upscale. They got the job done and even skip charging me the labour on my repaired tire. I will be back although I would need more to properly assess this dealship over the long term.

Ashley and her team provide good advice and service during my visits. They send videos of their findings and explain the issues. I usually schedule service on Saturday mornings and I know my car will be ready for noon pick up.

Truck was running smoothly after the service and they went ahead and found a used part in perfect condition to fix my vehicle . Finished it within days when the estimate indicated a week. Really impressed .
